PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thawing device and a thawing method which is capable of quickly administering a liquid object of biological origin to a living body after thawing a frozen matter of biological origin.SOLUTION: A thawing device 10 thaws a frozen matter of biological origin 14 contained in a container 12.
