PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water absorptive sheet that is suitable for not only treatment of urine and feces including a large amount of water generated at a site of childcare or nursing but also treatment of vomitus discharged at a location other than a predetermined location and makes it easy to perform its disposal after the treatments.SOLUTION: A water absorptive sheet 10 includes a water permeable film 1, an absorber 2 having water absorptive performance of 30 g/100 square centimeter or more (distilled water), a non-water permeable film 3, and a cover film 4 stacked in this order. The absorber 2 is disposed in a non-restricted state inside a bag 13 formed by connecting the peripheral edge part of the water permeable film 1 and that of the non-water permeable film 3 with each other. The peripheral edge part of the non-water permeable film 3 and that of the cover film 4 are also connected with each other, and the cover film 4 is formed so as to be separated or be capable of being separated so as to be divided into two nearly equal parts.
