A dental cleaner consisting of a dental cover (1) and a handle (2). The dental cover (1) comprises an upper teeth groove (4) and a lower teeth groove (5). Open pores (7) arranged at intervals are distributed within the upper and lower teeth grooves. A first catheter (8) embedded in the dental cover (1) is connected to one extremity of the open pores (7). The other extremity of the first catheter (8) extends into the interior of the handle (2) and is connected to a pump outlet (11) of a pump module (9) provided within the handle (2). The pump module (9) also comprises a pump air inlet (10b) and a pump water inlet (10a). The pump water inlet (10a) of the pump module (9) is connected via the catheter (8) to a water reservoir module (12) provided within the handle (2). The pump air inlet (10b) of the pump module (9) is in communication via the catheter with an air inlet (51) on the surface of the handle (2). The dental cleaner solves the problem of poor atomization effects and poor cleaning effect of a prior dental cleaner.
