PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abutment in which an attachment screw for attaching to an artificial dental root is easily inserted.SOLUTION: An abutment 10 is provided with a fitting hole 17 in which an attachment screw for attaching to an artificial dental root buried in a jaw is inserted. The abutment includes a post part 12 provided with a fixation hole 12a with which a fixing screw that is extended in an oblique direction to the extending direction of the artificial dental root to fix a prosthetic member, is screw-engaged. The fitting hole 17 includes: a first hole 18 on the artificial dental root side and a second hole 19 on the side where the attachment screw is inserted.
