PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surgical instrument for artificial knee joint replacement in which an adjustable range of a position of a top and bottom rod part to the tibia can be expanded, and thereby adjustment work of the position of the top and bottom rod part can be performed easily.SOLUTION: A surgical instrument for artificial knee joint replacement 1 includes a body part 11 having the top and bottom rod part 17, an ankle fixing part 12, a resection guide part 13 for guiding a resection direction of the proximal side of the tibia 100, a front and rear rod part 14, and a first pin 15 and a second pin 16 inserted into the front and rear rod part 14 and fixed in the end of the proximal side of the tibia 100. The first pin 15 and the second pin 16 are inserted into a first hole 24 and a second hole 25 arranged along a longitudinal direction of the front and rear rod part 14, respectively. Both of the first hole 24 and the second hole 25 are provided as long holes extending and opening along the longitudinal direction of the front and rear rod part 14.
