PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid jetting device, a fluid jetting method and a fluid jetting surgical instrument, accurately and highly precisely jetting a fluid, when jetting the fluid toward an object.SOLUTION: This fluid jetting device 1 detects, by a color sensor 40, a color of a fluid jetting-target area opposed to a fluid jetting port 212 and subjected to an ablated target when jetting the fluid.
