[2] The total number of junctions 22 present in an arbitrary area obtained by arbitrarily selecting an area of a 10-mm long and 15-mm wide plan view rectangular shape from the top sheet (2) is 10-30. [3] The ratio of the total area of the junctions 22 present in the arbitrary area to the total area of the arbitrary area is from 12% to 35%.
