PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article soft in the whole absorbent article by softening an absorber, hardly causing break inside the absorber or parting of the absorber even when the absorber absorbs body fluid during wearing, and sufficiently exhibiting absorption performance of the absorber itself.SOLUTION: An absorbent article 1 is such that: a covering material 42 of an absorber 4 is constituted of a nonwoven fabric which comprises a prescribed basis weight, includes a layer formed of a long fiber and is fastened by a heat-sealing part and the long fiber is a single layer fiber formed by evenly spinning thermoplastic resin comprising melting single resin. A non-piled fiber part 43 is formed in an absorbent core 41 of the absorber 4. In the non-piled fiber part 43, the covering material 42 at a skin opposite surface side, and the covering material 42 at a non-skin opposite surface side are joined through a junction 8. A ratio of an area of the junction 8 to an area of the non-piled fiber part 43 is in a prescribed region, and the junction 8 is formed by a prescribed pattern.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】吸収体を柔らかくして吸収性物品全体を柔らかくすることができ、着用中に吸収体が体液を吸収しても、吸収体内部の壊れ或いは吸収体の分断が生じ難く、吸収体自体の吸収性能が十分に発揮できる吸収性物品を提供すること。【解決手段】本発明の吸収性物品1は、吸収体4の被覆材42が所定の坪量からなり、長繊維から形成される層を含んで熱融着部により固定した不織布で構成され、該長繊維は、溶融した単一樹脂からなる熱可塑性樹脂を均一に紡糸して形成された単層繊維である。また、吸収体4の吸収性コア41には、非積繊部43が形成されている。非積繊部43では、肌対向面側の被覆材42と非肌対向面側の被覆材42とが接合部8を介して接合されている。非積繊部43の面積に対する接合部8の面積の割合は、所定の範囲であり、接合部8は、所定のパターンで形成されている。【選択図】図1
