The present invention provides a radiation isocenter quality assurance system for a diagnosis and treatment apparatus using radiation, the system comprising: a gantry capable of rotating around a rotating shaft while spaced apart from the rotating shaft; a radiation irradiating unit which is fixed to the gantry to rotate with the gantry, and irradiates radiation towards the rotating shaft; a collimator which can be inserted into the radiation irradiating unit; an isocenter measurement module including a pair of first radiation reaction members of which upper and lower surfaces face each other in parallel and a pair of second radiation reaction members of which front and rear surfaces face each other in parallel, for measuring the isocenter of radiation irradiated from the radiation irradiating unit; a control unit which controls the rotation of the gantry and the irradiation of radiation through the radiating irradiating unit; and a three-dimensional coordinate calculation unit which calculates the radiation isocenter from location information corresponding to a radiological trace represented on the pair of first radiation reaction members and the pair of second radiation reaction members.
