PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food set for training mastication force, allowing the inspection and training of the mastication force of a user to be easily performed without using a special device and instrument.SOLUTION: The food set for training mastication force includes: an elastic food for inspecting mastication force having a width of 5 to 20 mm, a length of 50 mm or more, and a thickness of 1 to 20 mm and one or a plurality of elastic foods for training mastication force in a granular or tabular form having a maximum length of 2 to 40 mm. Preferably the food for inspecting mastication force has a fracture strain of 40% or more and an elastic modulus when fractured of 1 to 120 MPa in the compression test for a flat plate.
