The present invention relates to the apparatus and method for obtaining elastic feature of the object. It includes the step to induce the first shear wave in the object after inspecting the first push ultrasound signal created by the probe of the ultrasound device and the first grating lobe signal created responding to the first push ultrasound signal as the object； the step to inspect the tracing ultrasound signal into the area the first shear wave of the objects is propagated and receive the reflecting signal for the tracing ultrasound signal from the object； the step to measure the first shear wave parameter to represent the feature of the shear wave of the first shear wave based on the reflecting signal； and the step to obtain the elastic feature of the object using the first shear wave parameter.초음파 장치의 프로브에 의해 생성되는 제 1 푸쉬(push) 초음파 신호와 제 1 푸쉬 초음파 신호에 대응하여 생성되는 제 1 그래이팅 로브(grating lobe) 신호를 대상체로 조사하여 대상체 내부에 제 1 전단파(shear wave)를 유도하는 단계； 대상체 중 제 1 전단파가 전파(propagation)되는 영역으로 추적 초음파 신호를 조사하고, 추적 초음파 신호에 대한 반사 신호를 대상체로부터 수신하는 단계； 반사 신호에 기초하여 제 1 전단파의 전단파 특성을 나타내는 제 1 전단파 파라미터를 측정하는 단계； 및 제 1 전단파 파라미터를 이용하여 대상체의 탄성 특성을 획득하는 단계를 포함하는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 대상체의 탄성 특성의 획득 방법이 개시된다.
