PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technique for managing an image by attaching accurate incidental information by reliably performing an inspection with contents indicated in a work list.SOLUTION: A medical image acquisition device acquires a medical image by performing an inspection according to the work list, and transmits the image to an image management server. Before the transmission, access is performed to a work list server again, so as to acquire the latest work list. Then, consistency is discriminated between the latest work list and the work list for the performance of the inspection. When consistency is obtained, the acquired medical image is transmitted to the image management server together with incidental information. When consistency is not obtained, the effect of inconsistency is reported to an operator.
