PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instrument for prevention of a disease of a cartilage and the like in a knee and for a treatment for the knee.SOLUTION: An instrument includes a pillow-like object 1 for being fixed to the inside of a knee, a belt 2 for connecting an ankle and a thigh or a waist together, and a pump 3 for feeding a fluid such as air. The pillow-like object 1 is fixed to the inside of the knee, and the ankle and the thigh or the waist are connected together by the belt 2.
