This creation relates to an oral tumor resection guide plate, which is a structure through which the malignant tumor of the oral cavity is resected. It uses 3D printing technology to make an appropriate guide plate for the pre-resected area. The plate is connected with an arched body by two guides. When performing the operation, the guide is fixed at the edge to be removed, and the malignant tumor is placed in the arch. Then the edge of the guide and the mandible will be malignant. The tumor is resected. Therefore, the tumor is not touched from the beginning to the end of the surgical procedure, so as to prevent the tumor from being damaged by plucking, so as to improve the convenience and safety of the operation.本創作係有關一種口腔腫瘤切除導引板，其係為口腔的惡性腫瘤藉以導引板作切除之結構，係利用3D列印技術將預切除部位製作適當之導引板，其中，該導引板係由二導引片連接有一拱形體，欲執行手術時，將導引片固定於欲切除邊緣處，並將惡性腫瘤容置於拱形體內，再延導引片邊緣連同下顎骨將惡性腫瘤切除，由此，手術過程置始至終無觸動腫瘤，使其避免腫瘤撥動破壞，以利達到提升手術便利性及安全性之目的。
