PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that until now, every time of throwing, a person fills a bait net bag with a ground bait using a spoon, chopsticks, or the like.SOLUTION: A ground bait net bag pedestal includes: a body 1 with a V-shaped cut including a space 2 for placing a net bag and protrusions 3 for fixing the net bag thereon and insertion parts 5 and 5 to be attached to a bucket. A filled object is prepared so as to dispense with a series of manual work. The ground bait flows off by an ocean current, however, next ground bait enters continuously so as to prevent scattering of gathered fishes.
