PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device having a function for enabling a user to reasonably and smoothly stand up by solving such the problems that, when an elderly or a person with weak leg strength is to stand up, it is often difficult to stand by himself/herself, a plurality of caregivers are needed, and burdens are large.SOLUTION: By the operation of a jack 1 by a caregiver, a side holder 3 which supports the upper half body of a user elevates the upper half body while moving forward at a prescribed angle on a bar 13, and also a seat 2 is elevated forward at the prescribed angle.
