PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately extract the lesion by microcalcification in an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus for mamma.SOLUTION: Tomographic images are imaged by a transmission system or a reflection system by two probes 1 and 2 attached to two breast clamping plates 5 and 6 facing each other, two frame images are combined and the lesion is imaged with excellent sensitivity. At the time, a window 41 is attached to the breast clamping plates 5 and 6, the probes 1 and 2 are attached and ultrasonic absorption films 5b and 6b are formed. Thus, when one probe performs reception, signals reflected by the other opposing probe and the breast clamping plate are suppressed from becoming noise, and images for which the noise and speckles are reduced are configured. Thus, a continuous structure such as a mammary gland and a fine structure such as microcalcificated part or the like are accurately discriminated and extracted.COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT【課題】乳房の超音波診断装置において、微小石灰化による病変部を正確に抽出する。【解決手段】相互に対向する2枚の胸挟板5,6に取付けられた2つの探触子1,2によって、透過式または反射式で断層画像を撮像し、2つのフレーム画像を合成して、感度良く前記病変部を撮像できるようにする。その際、胸挟板5,6に窓41を形成して探触子1,2を取付けるとともに、超音波吸収膜5b,6bを形成することで、一方の探触子が受信を行う際に、対向する他方の探触子や胸挟板によって反射される信号がノイズとなることを抑え、ノイズやスペックルを低減した画像を構成できるようにする。これによって、乳腺等の連続構造物と微小石灰化部分等の微小構造物とを正確に区別して抽出することができる。【選択図】図3
