A dermatological antipruritic agent comprising an antipruritic component and tourmaline fine powder, characterized in that the antipruritic component is a mixture of an extract derived from Artemisia princeps, an extract derived from Houttuynia cordata Thunb., an extract derived from Aloe arborescens and an extract derived from rice bran. This dermatological antipruritic agent is effective as a preventive and therapeutic dermatologic agent, and exhibits an instantaneous and long-acting antipruritic effect on peripheral itching in general such as various itching of the skin, allergic dermatitis, insect bites, etc. This dermatological antipruritic agent is also effective at relieving and reducing skin inflammation, in addition to itching.
