PURPOSE: A composition for relieving a hangover using a wheat bran extract is provided to lower alcohol and acetaldehyde concentration in blood and to relieve a hangover.CONSTITUTION: A composition for relieving hangover contains wheat bran extract as an active ingredient. The wheat bran extract is prepared by dipping wheat bran in the water. The composition is a food, beverage, or pharmaceutical composition. The pharmaceutical composition is manufactured in the form of an oral formulation(tablet, suspension, granule, emulsion, capsule, syrup), a parenteral formulation(aqueous or oil suspension for sterilization injection), and topical formulation(solution, cream, ointment, gel, lotion, patch).
