The present invention relates to a corn silk extract and a preparation method therefor and, more specifically, to a method for extracting a high yield of active materials containing corn silk-derived maysin, capable of maximizing the extraction of maysin, which is present in corn silk, increases antioxidant activity in a living body, and has a neuronal antiapoptotic effect caused by antioxidative stress, and simultaneously extracting other additional active materials improving antioxidant activity, and minimizing destruction and transformation of the active materials to be extracted during the extraction of the active materials, compared with existing hydrothermal extraction methods.La présente invention concerne un extrait de barbe de maïs et un procédé de préparation correspondant et, plus spécifiquement, un procédé d'extraction à fort rendement de substances actives contenant de la maysine dérivée de barbe de maïs, ayant la capacité de maximiser l'extraction de maysine, qui est présente dans la barbe de maïs, augmente l'activité antioxydante dans un organisme vivant et a un effet neuronal antiapoptotique provoqué par le stress antioxydatif, et d'extraire simultanément d'autres substances actives améliorant l'activité antioxydante, et de minimiser la destruction et la transformation des substances actives à extraire lors de leur extraction, par comparaison avec les procédés existants d'extraction hydrothermique.본 발명은 옥수수수염 추출물 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 옥수수수염에 존재하는 생체내 항산화 작용을 증가시키고 항산화스트레스에 의해 유발된 신경세포 사멸 억제 효과를 가지는 메이신의 추출을 극대화 하는 동시에 항산화 작용을 향상시키는 다른 유효물질들을 부가적으로 추출할 수 있고, 상기 유효물질들의 추출과정에서 종래의 열수추출방법에 의해 추출된 경우에 비해 추출되는 유효물질의 파괴, 변형을 최소화할 수 있는 옥수수수염 유래 메이신을 포함하는 유효물질의 고수율 추출방법에 관한 것이다.
