PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical lighting device effective during diagnosing and treating, in particular, an affected part such as the ear, the nose, the throat or the oral cavity of the head of a person while irradiating the affected part with light.SOLUTION: Light source support members 43 are provided to protrude from respective side portions of a head support 13 of a diagnostic chair 12, and a floodlight 20 including an LED light source 25 is provided in each of the light source support members 43.
