The present invention relates to: an antioxidant and anti-obesity composition comprising 50 to 70 parts by weight of a Psyllium husk powder and 5 to 20 parts by weight of a Kaempferia parviflora powder； an antioxidant and anti-obesity formulation granulated the same； and a manufacturing method thereof. A composition of the present invention is manufactured by the Psyllium husk powder and the Kaempferia parviflora powder, which are natural components, thereby having an excellent antioxidant effect identified by a polyphenol content, a flavonoid content, DPPH radical scavenging activity, ABTS radical scavenging activity, and reducing power. In addition, when ingesting the same in the human body, the composition has an excellent anti-obesity effect identified by reduction of a body weight, a body mass index, a body fat, a body fat percentage, and an abdominal fat percentage.본 발명은 차전차피 분말 50~70중량부 및 흑생강 분말 5~20중량부를 포함하는 항산화 및 항비만 조성물, 이를 과립화한 항산화 및 항비만 제제 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 조성물은 천연성분인 차전차피 분말과 흑생강 분말을 사용하여 제조함으로써 폴리페놀 함량, 플라보노이드 함량, DPPH 라디칼 소거활성, ABTS 라디칼 소거활성 및 환원력으로 확인된 항산화효과가 우수하며, 인체에 섭취시켰을 때 체중, 체질량지수, 체지방, 체지방율 및 복부지방율의 감소로 확인된 항비만효과가 우수하다.
