PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment unit capable of performing treatment with a twist operation added, and a massage machine.SOLUTION: A seat unit 10 includes a four finger part 1 for pressing a person to be treated, a treatment part 2 having the four finger part 1, an output shaft 30 for driving the treatment part 2, a driving part 3 for rotating the output shaft 30, and a cam 4, which is a swash plate eccentric cam rotating integrally with the output shaft 30.
