PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a distortion of a subject in an endoscope including time division optical path switch means of enabling a switch of a plurality of optical paths in a time division.SOLUTION: An endoscope device comprises: a two-optical path formation optical system that forms a right optical path and a left optical path; one image formation optical system that image forms light passing through the right optical path and light passing through the left optical path on a common area; a light block unit that has a drive unit, and a light block member to be driven by the drive unit; and a control unit that controls the light block unit.
