The present invention relates to an extracting, separating, and purifying method for an active compound of Cinnamomun insularimontanum. Primarily, the methanol extract of this plant were extracted and partitioned from methanol and n-hexane, respectively. Then the crude extract of methanol was subjected to obtain mahubanolide-23, mahubanolide, obtusilactone, isoobtusilactone A, and isoobtusilactone. Accordingly, these activity compounds can be extracted from C. insularimontanum to be applied to various fields, so as to increase the practicality and efficiency.本發明係有關於一種山肉桂活性化合物萃取分離純化方法,其主要係將山肉桂〔Cinnamomum insularimontanum〕進行連續萃取及分配萃取,分別得到甲醇分配萃取物與正己烷分配萃取物,再將甲醇分配萃取物進行沖提,以純化得到Mahubanolide-23、Mahubanolide、Obtusilactone及Isoobtusilactone A及Isoobtusilactone化合物;藉此,以能由山肉桂中萃取出具極佳活性之化合物,以可廣泛的適用於各方面,而在其整體施行使用上更增實用功效特性者。
