The present invention relates to an agricultural product sterilizer. More specifically, the present invention relates to an agricultural product sterilizer which is a pretreatment device for removing soil from crops and sterilizing and storing the same for a relatively long time so as to release crops such as onions at the same release time. The agricultural product sterilizer according to the present invention comprises: a soil removing unit removing soil from the surface of onions by using compressed air pressure while moving the onions harvested in the field upward along the slope and a removing and sterilizing unit rapidly drying and sterilizing the outer layers of the onions by means of a heating unit while removing a part of the outer layers of the onions by a rotational force respectively generated from cylindrical brushes rotating the onions transmitted from the soil removing unit. According to the present invention, the sterilizer is capable of completely removing the bacterial soil from the surface of the onions harvested from the field by performing a continuous process in a relatively small workspace, and refrigerating onions for a relatively long time without damaging the same as the outer layers of the onions are rapidly dried and sterilized by carbon nanotubes, and long-term preservability of the onions is enhanced.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016본 발명은 농산물 멸균기에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 예를 들어 양파와 같은 밭작물을 출하시기에 맞추기 위해 흙이 많이 묻은 부분을 제거하고 이를 멸균 처리하여 장기간 보존할 수 있게 하는 전처리 장치로서의 농산물 멸균기에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 농산물 멸균기는, 밭에서 수확한 양파를 경사면을 따라 상부로 이동시키면서 양파의 표면에 묻어 있는 흙을 압축된 공기의 압력으로 제거하기 위한 흙 제거부 및 상기 흙 제거부로부터 이송된 양파를 회전하는 각각의 원기둥 형태의 브러쉬의 회전력에 의해 양파의 겉껍질의 일부를 제거하면서 가열 유닛에 의해 양파의 겉껍질을 급속히 건조 및 멸균시키기 위한 탈피 및 멸균부를 포함한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 전체적으로 작은 작업 공간에서의 연속 공정으로 밭에서 수확한 양파의 겉껍질에 묻어 있는 세균성 흙을 온전히 제거할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 양파의 겉껍질을 탄소나노튜브에 의해 급속 건조 및 멸균 처리하여 양파의 장기간 보존성을 높임으로써 양파의 손상 없이 장기간 냉장 보관할 수 있어 농가의 수익을 극대화할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
