PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive electrostatic atomizer which rapidly and surely introduces water supplied from a water supply part to a tip atomization part of a water feed electrode to thereby stably provide a large amount of electrostatic mist and surely provide water over a long period of time and produce the electrostatic mist rapidly.
SOLUTION: The electrostatic atomizer includes the water supply part and the water application electrode receiving water dropped from the water supply part and atomizing the water at the tip atomization part by the application of high voltage. The lateral width of a cooling part 8 is smaller than that of a heat radiation part 7 and the heat radiation part 7 has a radiation exposed part 7a in the cooling part 8 side of the heat radiation part 7. Blocking walls 62 for separating the heat radiation exposed part 7a from the cooling part 8 are provided in parallel to the direction of flow-in wind in both lateral sides of the cooling part 8.
