PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wound covering material capable of suppressing damage and pain on a wounded surface to the utmost, and to provide a production method of the wound covering material.SOLUTION: A wound covering material 100 includes a support medium 1, a material 2 which is non-sticking to a wounded surface, and a wound healing accelerator 3. The support medium 1 has a water absorptive property. Each non-sticking material 2 is arranged at an interval on the surface of the support medium 1 facing to the wounded surface. The wound healing accelerator 3 is carried on the non-sticking material 2.
