PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for makeup cosmetics having excellent dispersion stability of a powder contained and skin adhesiveness.SOLUTION: There is provided a composition for makeup cosmetics which comprises a modified polysiloxane compound (A) represented by the formula (1), an oil phase component (B) and a powder (C) in the following ranges, wherein the oil phase component (B) is at least one selected from a silicone oil, a high polar oil, a higher fatty acid or the like and the powder (C) includes a pigment and/or an ultraviolet light-protecting agent. (A): 0.1 to 20 wt.% of the total amount of the composition. (B): 0.1 to 95 wt.% of the total amount of the composition.
