Gegenstand der Erfindung sind PEG-freie, kaltherstellbare langzeitstabile, niedrigviskose, feinteilige Öl-in-Wasser-Emulsionen, deren Herstellung aus vorzugsweise klaren Ölphasen bzw. über vorzugsweise klare bis transparente mikroemulsionsartige Konzentrate, die entsprechenden Ölphasen bzw. mikroemulsionsartigen Konzentrate sowie die Verwendung der erfindungsgemäßen Emulsionen zur Herstellung von kosmetischen, dermatologischen, pharmazeutischen oder technischen Zubereitungen, insbesondere zur Herstellung von Tränkemulsionen für Feuchttücher (Wet Wipes) oder für sprühbare Pflegeemulsionen.Long-term stable, low viscous, fine particle oil-in-water emulsion (I) comprises an emulsifier mixture comprising at least a non-ionic primary emulsifier, and at least one or more acid function comprising secondary emulsifier, where optionally the acid function is completely or partially are neutralized one or more co-surfactant one or more oil one or more polar solubilizer and optionally auxiliary- and additive substance, under the condition that the water phase content of the emulsion is >= 70 wt.%.
