PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate attaching and detaching of a suction tube to and from a toothbrush and to provide the toothbrush allowing forming of holding claws for strongly holding the suction tube to a handle part without increasing manufacturing cost of a mold.SOLUTION: The toothbrush 1 includes: the handle part 5 including a bristle planting base 4, a neck part 3 and a grip part 2 and a brush part 7 formed by planting bristle bundles 6 on the bristle planting base 4. A fitting groove 8 is formed in a length direction of the handle part 5 from the tip part to the base part of the handle part 5 for fitting the suction tube 20 for sucking inside an oral cavity.
