PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary tillage device capable of changing a cutting angle of a tilling claw with a simple structure and sufficiently withstanding reaction force received by the tilling claw from soil.SOLUTION: In a rotary tillage device, a claw fitting flange is provided on an outer periphery of a claw shaft rotatably driven around a shaft center. A fitting base part of a tilling claw is superimposed on the claw fitting flange and fastened to the claw fitting flange by a pair of fitting bolts. The claw fitting flange is provided with a position change admitting hole for changing one fitting bolt to a plurality of fitting positions around the shaft center of the other fitting bolt.
