PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to provide diagnosis support information with blood flow condition resulting from breathing taken into consideration.SOLUTION: A photographing apparatus 1 dynamically photographs the chest under breathing condition and acquires a plurality of frame images showing the dynamic state of the chest. An arithmetic device 4 determines one of the plurality of acquired frame images to be a reference image, extracts a lung field area in the reference image, divides the extracted lung field area into a plurality of small areas, and then calculates, in another frame image of the plurality of acquired frame images, small areas corresponding respectively to each small area of the reference image.
