The lens (10) has a haptic part with haptic elements (31) i.e. open lugs, placed at periphery of a central optical part (20) to position the lens in a capsular sac. A posterior face (21) of the optical part has an arris (24) at a peripheral edge (23) of the optical part, and a posterior face of each element has a proximal zone (32) near the peripheral edge. Each zone includes a tooth (35) extending on a width of each element, where each tooth has a sharp edge intended in a posterior capsule of the sac for limiting migration of an epithelial cell from each element towards the optical part.
