PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trocar apparatus with a camera capable of smoothly performing a slide operation of an outer cylinder.SOLUTION: A trocar apparatus 12 with a camera includes a trocar 16 with a camera and a trocar shaft 17. The trocar 16 with a camera is composed of an inner cylinder member 16A and an outer cylinder member 16B. A pipe part inner cylinder 31A of the inner cylinder member 16A is provided with a retractable camera part 36. A spring and the outer cylinder member 16B cause the camera part 36 to pop up to an expanded position and be expanded. The trocar shaft 17 includes a puncture part 55 provided on the tip side of a shaft part and a connection part 57 for connecting the puncture part 55 and a shaft part body 56. When the camera part 36 is expanded, the trocar shaft 17 rotates in the pipe part inner cylinder 31A, and the connection part 57 comes into contact with the camera part 36 to push it up to the expanded position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6【課題】外筒のスライド操作をスムーズに行うことが可能なカメラ付きトロカール装置を提供する。【解決手段】カメラ付きトロカール装置１２は、カメラ付きトロカール１６と、トロカールシャフト１７とで構成される。カメラ付きトロカール１６は、内筒部材１６Ａと外筒部材１６Ｂとで構成される。内筒部材１６Ａのパイプ部内筒３１Ａは、リトラクタブル式のカメラ部３６が設けられている。バネと外筒部材１６Ｂは、カメラ部３６を展開位置にポップアップして展開させる。トロカールシャフト１７は、シャフト部の先端側に設けられた穿刺部５５と、穿刺部５５とシャフト部本体５６とを連接する連接部５７とを有する。カメラ部３６が展開する際に、パイプ部内筒３１Ａ内においてトロカールシャフト１７が回転し、連接部５７がカメラ部３６と当接して展開位置に押し上げる。【選択図】図６
