The invention relates to a prosthesis for maxillomandibular bone defects, of the type used to replace defective bones, and to a method for the production thereof, said prosthesis comprising at least one body (1) with a morphology adapted to the anatomy of the patient, generated from a computerised tomography image of same, where the ends (1a, 1b) thereof have openings (2) for attaching to the ends of the bones of the patient, characterised in that support areas (3) are located between said ends (1a, 1b), on the bone sections, said support areas (3) having a porous geometry containing a second solid, smooth and intermediate area (4) between said support areas (3).Prótesis de defectos óseos maxilo-mandibular y método de fabricación de la misma, de las empleadas para reemplazar defectos óseos, que comprende al menos un cuerpo (1) con una morfología adaptada a la anatomía del paciente generada a partir de una imagen de tomografía computerizada del mismo, y en donde en sus extremos (1a, 1b) incorpora unos orificios (2) de fijación a los extremos óseos del paciente, caracterizado porque entre dichos extremos (1a, 1b) se sitúan unas zonas de apoyo (3) sobre las secciones del hueso, donde dichas zonas de apoyo (3) consisten en una geometría porosa que incorpora una segunda zona (4) maciza, lisa e intermedia entre las citadas zonas de apoyo (3).
