The invention relates to organic and bioorganic combinatorial chemistry and pharmacy, namely to a new combinatorial library of a dipyridamole derivative and supramolecular structures based on them, which, when used without separation into separate components, have high biological activity as a means of stimulating stem cell division in the form of pharmaceutical compositions in combination with inhibitors of phosphodiesterase and inhibitors of histone deacetylase and pharmaceutically acceptable excipients. Also, the composition can be used in the fight against resistant microorganisms by restoring their sensitivity to antibiotics. The proposed composition, including phosphodiesterase inhibitors and histone deacetylase inhibitors, as well as pharmaceutically acceptable excipients, additionally contains an undivided mixture of combinatorial dipyridamole derivatives obtained by simultaneous modification with at least two covalent modifying agents. Also, the following combinations can be used as covalent modifiers of dipyridamole: succinic anhydride and monochloroacetic acid; maleic anhydride and succinic anhydride; maleic anhydride and monochloroacetic acid or any two modifiers from the list: acetic anhydride, propionic anhydride, butanic anhydride, acetic-propionic anhydride, acetic-butanic anhydride, glutaric anhydride, phthalic anhydride, cis-aconitic anhydride isolimonic anhydride, acetyl chloride, acetyl fluoride, propionyl chloride, butyroyl chloride, ethoxyoxalyl monochloride.
