PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To notify a subject of a period for a succeeding medical examination in a measurement apparatus for medical use such as a bone density measuring instrument.SOLUTION: In the measurement apparatus, a rink factor group is specified beforehand concerning a specific disease such as osteoporosis and a weight is set for each risk factor. The period for a succeeding medical examination is automatically calculated based on measurement values (e.g., a bone density value) obtained about the subject and information which indicates correspondences to the risk factors self-reported by the subject. In this case, when the more number of correspondences to the risk factors are present, the period till the succeeding medical examination is reduced, and also when the weights of the corresponding risk factors are larger, the period till the succeeding medical examination is reduced. Situations related to the specific disease are considered in addition to the measurement values, so that an advisable period for the succeeding medical examination is designated with respect to the subject.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】骨密度測定装置などの医療用測定装置において次回の検診時期を被検者に告知できるようにする。【解決手段】骨粗鬆症のような特定疾病についての危険因子群が予め特定されており、各危険因子毎に重みが設定される。被検者について得られた測定値(例えば骨密度値)と、その被検者において自己申告された危険因子該当性を示す情報とから次回の検診時期が自動的に演算される。その場合において、危険因子の該当数が多ければ多いほど次回の検診までの期間が短くされ、また該当している危険因子の重みが大きければ大きいほど次回の検診までの期間が短くされる。測定値の他、特定疾病に関わる諸状況を考慮できるので被検者に対して望ましい次回検診時期を指定することが可能となる。【選択図】図5
