The present invention relates to a new type of eutectic crystal of lorcaserin hydrochloride and benzoic acid. Compared with the prior art, the eutectic crystal has the improved properties of good stability, low solubility, and being suitable for the application of controlled-release preparation. The present invention also relates to a method for preparing the eutectic crystal, a pharmaceutical composition thereof and the use thereof in the preparation of drugs for treating and/or preventing diseases associated with 5HT2c.La présente invention concerne un nouveau type de cristal eutectique dhydrochlorure de lorcasérine et dacide benzoïque. Comparé à létat de la technique, le cristal eutectique a des propriétés améliorées en termes de bonne stabilité, de faible solubilité et daptitude à lapplication sous forme de préparation à libération contrôlée. La présente invention concerne également un procédé de préparation du cristal eutectique, dune composition pharmaceutique le contenant et son utilisation dans la préparation de médicaments destinés au traitement et/ou à la prévention de maladies liées au 5HT2c.
