The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical liquid composition, wherein said liquid composition comprises at least one cooling agent comprising of a phenyl ring containing a polar side group at least one viscosity enhancing agent and at least one surfactant. The invention also relates to a method to produce such a pharmaceutical composition as well as a method of alleviating a symptom selected from the group consisting of cough, nasal congestion and sore throat in a subject comprising administering the composition according to any of preceding claims.La présente invention concerne une composition liquide pharmaceutique, ladite composition liquide comprenant au moins un agent de refroidissement comprenant un cycle phényle contenant un groupe latéral polaire, au moins un agent améliorant la viscosité et au moins un tensioactif.
