PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer sheet excelling in flexibility, transparency, impact resistance, heat resistance, a heat seal characteristic and cleanness, hardly causing an appearance defect, thickness variation or the like in multilayer molding, rich in moldability and excelling in a suppression effect against sheet base material strength degradation even when thinned, and a package for heating treatment.SOLUTION: This propylene resin multilayer sheet comprises at least three layers included in the order of an outer layer, an intermediate layer and an inner layer. In the propylene resin multilayer sheet, the outer layer comprises a specific propylene composition (Y) the intermediate layer comprises a resin composition (X) containing 45-89 wt.% of a propylene resin composition (A) obtained by sequentially polymerizing 50-60 wt.% of a specific propylene-&alpha-olefin random copolymer component (A1) in a first process, and 50-40 wt.% of a propylene-ethylene random copolymer component (A2) in a second process, 10-30 wt.% of a specific ethylene-&alpha-olefin copolymer (B) and 1-25 wt.% of a specific propylene resin (C) and the inner layer comprises a specific propylene resin composition.
