The present invention relates to the use of enfumafungin derivative triterpenoid antifungal compounds in combination with other antifungal agents such azoles, polyenes, lipopeptides, and allylamides to treat fungal diseases. More particularly, the invention relates to antifungal combinations of enfumafungin derivative triterpenoids which are inhibitors of (1,3)-β-D-glucan synthesis, in combination with other antifungal agents such as mold-active agents that have activity against molds, including but not limited to voriconazole, isavuconazole, posaconazole, itraconazole and amphotericin B, for the treatment and/or prevention of infections caused by molds.本發明係關於恩夫芬淨(enfumafungin)衍生物三萜類抗真菌化合物與諸如唑類、多烯、脂肽及烯丙醯胺之其他抗真菌劑組合用以治療真菌性疾病的用途。更明確而言，本發明係關於用於治療及/或預防由黴菌引起之感染的恩夫芬淨衍生物三萜與諸如黴菌活性劑之其他抗真菌劑組合的抗真菌組合，該等恩夫芬淨衍生物三萜為(1,3)-β-D-葡聚糖合成之抑制劑，該等其他抗真菌劑具有抵抗黴菌的活性，包括(但不限於)伏立康唑(voriconazole)、艾沙康唑(isavuconazole)、泊沙康唑(posaconazole)、伊曲康唑(itraconazole)及雙性黴素B(amphotericin B)。
