The technical task of the proposed utility model is to create habitats in a natural environment that will provide optimal living conditions for both adult cancers and juveniles of all age groups obtained both in natural and in artificial conditions, taking into account the biological characteristics and lifestyle of the crayfish and the commitment of the accumulation of crayfish to places with high biomass of food organisms, and as a result will increase the cancer productivity of the reservoir. The purpose of creating this model, which in its design contains artificial reefs and a system of holes for sheltering crayfish, is the protection, stabilization and increase in the natural reserves of crayfish in the Volga-Caspian region. The presence in the complex of reliable shelters for holes for the entire age range and the representatives will provide a full living environment, taking into account the biological characteristics of species and lifestyle, as well as protection from predators during molting. An increase in the local fodder of the pond and the creation of a food base in the habitat is carried out on a substrate of artificial reef. The artificial biotope consists of a reinforced concrete bottom base, the length of which depends on the number of sections used, at least 20 cm thick and at least 70 cm wide, on which two parallel rows with an equal number of sections. Metal ears are mounted around the perimeter of the concrete base and over the area for fastening the sections, the number of which is calculated from the ratio of 4 ears to one section.
