PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a functionality so as to obtain granules with a quality whose original characteristic kept unspoiled as much as possible.SOLUTION: There are included: a processing device 1 configured of a tube, sterilizing granules supplied into the tube by high-temperature gas, and discharging the granules from an outlet together with the gas and a solid-gas separation device 20 separating the gas and the granules discharged from the processing device 1 to take out the granules.
