PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emulsion cosmetic hard to generate stickiness, having a neatly sense of use, simultaneously, penetrating into the skin quickly, capable of imparting a damp feeling to the skin and further causing no generation of a creaking feeling.SOLUTION: An emulsion cosmetic includes: (a) agar pulverized gel in 0.01 to 5 mass% expressed in terms of an agar solid content (b) the ester derivative of neopentanoic acid in 0.1 to 7 mass% and (c) linear low molecular weight silicone oil in 0.1 to 15 mass%. Particularly, it is preferable that (b) ester derivative of neopentanoic acid is isodecyl neopentanoate and the linear low molecular weight silicone oil (c) is dimethyl silicone oil whose kinematic viscosity at 25°C is ≤100 cs.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】べたつきを生じにくく、さっぱりとした使用感を有すると同時に、肌馴染みが良く、しっとりとした感触を付与することができ、しかも、きしみ感を生じることのない乳化化粧料を提供する。【解決手段】(a)寒天粉砕ゲルを寒天固形分に換算して0.01~5質量%、(b)ネオペンタン酸のエステル誘導体を0.1~7質量%、及び(c)直鎖状低分子量シリコーン油を0.1~15質量%含有することを特徴とする。特に、(b)ネオペンタン酸のエステル誘導体がネオペンタン酸イソデシルであること、(c)直鎖状低分子量シリコーン油が25℃における動粘度が100cs以下のジメチルシリコーンオイルであることが好ましい。【選択図】なし
