The present invention relates to a double crosslinked biodegradable polymer hydrogel-calcium phosphate composite, and to a manufacturing method thereof. The double crosslinked biodegradable polymer hydrogel-calcium phosphate composite has a crosslinking bond formed among anionic functional groups through bivalent metal ions additionally injected to a composite prepared by inserting calcium phosphate particles to a biodegradable polymer hydrogel. The double crosslinked biodegradable polymer hydrogel-calcium phosphate composite has remarkably improved strength in comparison to a biodegradable polymer hydrogel-calcium phosphate composite without additional crosslinks.본 발명은 생분해성 고분자 하이드로겔에 인산칼슘 입자들이 삽입된 복합체에 추가로 투입된 2가 금속 이온을 통해 음이온성 작용기들이 가교결합된 이중가교된 생분해성 고분자 하이드로겔-인산칼슘 복합체 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
