The present invention relates to a model mouse with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, and a method for screening a composition for preventing and treating attention disorder using the same. More specifically, an animal model in which a cobalt wire is inserted into the right region of the frontal lobe is useful as a model mouse with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, the model mouse with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder can be used for screening an attention disorder therapeutic agent by administering ethosuximide, which is one of the T-type calcium channel inhibitors, into the animal model and observing the low frequency brainwaves, hyperactivity and deterioration of cognitive functions which are characteristics of attention disorder, and a composition containing a T-type calcium channel inhibitor can be used for preventing and treating attention disorder.La présente invention concerne une souris utilisée comme modèle du trouble du déficit de l'attention avec hyperactivité et des troubles de l'attention, ainsi qu'un procédé de criblage d'une composition destinée à prévenir et traiter les troubles de l'attention.
