The invention discloses a nebulizer for treating eyes. The nebulizer generates aerosolized mist from a liquid agent to treat eyes directly by using an ultrasonic atomizer. A disposable container with pre-filled liquid agent is utilized in the nebulizer so users can easily replace the old container with a new one. Therefore, the invention avoids contaminations from the liquid-refilling process and repeated usage of an old container which might breed microorganism to infect the eyes. In addition, the ultrasonic nebulizer utilizes a small energy-saving atomizing module coupled with small-sized battery so that it is portable and convenient.
