PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate which prevents wear or peeling due to friction or the like during insertion, when the strength of a hydrophilic resin film and crosslinked film is insufficient, and exhibits high surface lubricity and excellent durability of the lubricity by increasing durability of the lubricity while maintaining excellent lubricity, so as to solve the following problems: when strength is improved by increasing crosslink density of the crosslinked film and the crosslink density of the film is increased so as to obtain sufficient strength, hydrophilicity is degraded and lubricity can not be obtained, and to provide a medical device provided with the laminate.SOLUTION: A laminate includes a base material and a lubrication layer which covers a surface of the base material. The lubrication layer contains cellulose fiber and hydrophilic resin.
