Compositions for caring for keratin fibers and their use for cleansing and conditioning keratin fibers, especially hair, comprising: A) anionic surfactant, nonionic surfactant, amphoteric interface At least one surfactant selected from the group consisting of an activator, a cationic surfactant, or a mixture thereof； and B) at least one of a charge density of greater than 4 meq / g, preferably greater than 5 meq / g.
